Effects of temperature on cyprinid herpesvirus 3 replication in Cyprinus carpio carp brain cells. After infection, cells were kept at 22°C (A) or shifted to 30°C (B–D); some cells were returned to 22°C at 24 hours (C) or 48 hours (D) postinfection.
