The phylogram was generated by analyzing 1,000 bootstrap replicates; clusters were supported by bootstrap values >70%. Strains from Sudan are represented by prefixes: cam, camel; cap, caprine; ov, ovine. The Kabete 0 strain of rinderpest (RBOK) vaccine strain of rinderpest virus retrieved in GenBank (accession no.
