Phylogenetic analysis of hexon (A) and fiber (B) genes of human adenovirus (HAdV) type 7 isolates. Coding sequences of hexon and fiber genes (2,805 and 978 bps) from 5 HAdV isolates from Taiwan in 2011 and reference sequences from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank) were included.
