For genogrouping, GenBank sequences of well-characterized genogroups were aligned with outbreak sequences, and a phylogenetic tree was created by the neighbor-joining method by using BioNumerics (Applied Maths, Austin, TX, USA). Genotypes were assigned on the basis of >95% similarity to reference strains. Outbreak strain sequences were deposited in GenBank under accession nos. HM800902–HM800920.
