Isolates 907 (PB1-F2, 82S), 8202 (NP-313Y), 10306 (PB1-F2 68I), 10897 (PB1375S), 13916 (PB1336I), and 13962(PB1-F2 66S/82R) contain unique substitution not seen in most isolates. Boldface indicates key amino acid substitutions implicated in mammalian transmission.
