For all four simulations, the treatment parameters are c1=2.0, c2=1.0, c3=.1, the resistance mutation parameter is q=10-7, and the threshold value is V0=.5 (indicated by the horizontal line). The lowest starting viral level achieves remission (a), while the other three develop resistance.
