Schematic genomic organization of Michigan rabbit calicivirus consistent with a Lagovirus in the family Caliciviridae. Lagoviruses contain an initial large open reading frame (ORF), ORF-1 encoding a polypeptide that overlaps with a smaller ORF, ORF-2.
