XbaI and NotI pulsed-field gel electrophoresis patterns for clonal group A Escherichia coli isolated from women with urinary tract infections in Montréal, Québec, Canada, 2006 (lanes 434 and 498) and Berkeley, California, USA, 1999–2001 (lanes 500, S203, W552, and S484).
