Emerging Infectious Diseases 20-year Timeline, Social Media
Beginning with the development of podcasts in 2007, EID expanded its content diversity as well as its delivery reach. In 2013 the journal added a Twitter account and in 2015 a Pinterest account, as well as postings on Instagram. As of November 2015, EID has created more than 200 podcasts and sent out almost 300 tweets. Additionally, EID art covers can be found on Flickr, starting with the 2009 collection.
