Genomic clusters of M1UK invasive group A Streptococcus disease, United States, 2015–2021. Core-genome phylogenetic tree of 86 M1UK invasive group A Streptococcus disease isolates and the reference M1 genome MGAS5005 was based on 462 core single-nucleotide variant sites generated by kSNP3.0 software (9).
