Figure 1. Signal/cutoff (S/C) distribution of Center for Disease Control (Taiwan) SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) serum panel and blood donor serum panel. The mean signal/cutoff (S/C) ratio for the SARS samples was 8.08. The mean S/C for the 1,390 normal human plasma was 0.28.
