The most probable exposure period was calculated by subtracting median incubation time for influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 (2.5 days) from the time interval containing median onset of a case (pm, May 30). Beginning of the maximum exposure period was calculated by subtracting the maximum incubation period (5 days) from the midpoint of the interval containing onset of the most recent case (am, June 1). End of the maximum exposure period was calculated by subtracting the minimum incubation period (24 h) from the midpoint of the interval containing onset of first case (am, May 30).
