Testing was concentrated on point prevalence survey days. Units A and B were long-stay units; units C and D were short-stay units. Asterisk (*) indicates a resident who was discharged from a short-stay unit and later tested positive at an area hospital; dagger (†) indicates a resident who tested positive after symptom screening.
