Raw (A) and normalized (B) Ct values for SARS-CoV-2 N, E, and S genes in samples collected from fully vaccinated and unvaccinated infected incarcerated persons during a facility outbreak, April 2021. The midline of the boxes represent the medians of the observations, the bottoms represents the first quartile, and the tops represent the third quartile; whiskers represent the minimum and maximum observations. In unadjusted linear regression comparing fully vaccinated to unvaccinated infected persons, only the E gene had statistically significantly different raw Ct values (p<0.05).
