WGS-based surveillance since February 2019. Approximately 10% of national Campylobacter cases sequenced annually; ≈10% of sequenced isolates are C. coli.

Netherlands (human)
WGS-based surveillance since May 2021. ≈400–500 isolates selected annually; ≈90% of sequenced isolates are C. jejuni and ≈10% are C. coli.

No routine WGS. Sequencing performed on subsets since 2000. During 2021–2022 monitoring, 549 C. jejuni and 960 C. coli isolates were recovered, 540 were sequenced.
