Wastewater Respiratory Virus Surveillance in Remote Community, Alaska, USA, 2022–2024
Figure 1

Figure 1. Time-lagged correlations between wastewater respiratory virus concentrations and clinical case counts in remote community, Alaska, USA, 2022–2024. Spearman rank-order correlation (ρ) assessed the association between positive clinical test counts and wastewater cycle threshold values for the number of days wastewater data shifted. For example, the value −7 on the x-axis indicates that wastewater values were shifted 7 days before (earlier) the clinical results from a given date. All correlation coefficients >0.17 are statistically significant at p<0.05. RSV, respiratory syncytial virus.
