The specific response for each probe is indicated in red. The cross responses between probes designed for the same biological warfare agent (BWA) are indicated in pink, and the cross-reactions between probes from different BWAs are marked with blue. The standard deviation (SD) of background is 15 (n = 3), and the detection limit of array hybridization for each microsphere probe is 45, defined as 3 × SD.
