Origin and year of collection for 437 clinical isolates collected and sequenced from different countries and patient communities as part of study of travel- and community-based transmission of multidrug-resistant Shigella sonnei among international OJCs. Non-OJC samples were isolated from samples in the United Kingdom that were phage-type and temporally matched to isolates from OJCs in the United Kingdom (Technical Appendix 2 Figure 1).
