All 1,001 men had urine and rectal swabs tested for Mycoplasma genitalium, but only 948 were tested at both sites for C. trachomatis and 952 for N. gonorrhoeae. †Denominators varied based on numbers tested; 958 men had urine tests for both infections; 948 men were screened at both sites and 958 men had rectal tests for C. trachomatis; and 952 men were screened at both sites and 963 men had rectal tests for N. gonorrhoeae.
