The tree was constructed by using concatenated alignments of the 1,399 core genes with Roary, the pan genome pipeline (https://sanger-pathogens.github.io/Roary), and displayed by using Dendroscope (https://www.dendroscope.org). Box at the bottom shows an enlarged version of the branch of M. shigaense in the tree. Scale bar indicates nucleotide substitutions per site.
