*Oral and anal swab and serum samples were collected from 40 wild coatis inhabiting Mangabeiras Municipal Park in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. We performed quantitative reverse transcription PCR targeting the nucleocapsid N1 and N2 regions of SARS-CoV-2 RNA for each sample.
