Cluster analysis by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Data on spa type, staphylococcal chromosome cassette (SCC) mec type, Panton-Valentine leukocidin (PVL), and sequence type (ST) are included. Two isolates (t024 and t359) could not be typed by PFGE.
