Phylogenetic analysis of the partial nucleotide sequence encoding the 3D region of bovine kobuviruses isolated in this study and other reference strains recognized to date. The tree was generated on the basis of the neighbor-joining method using the MEGA 3.1 program (7). Scale bar indicates branch length for a 5% nucleotide difference.
