Phylogenetic trees were generated by the maximum-likelihood method based on the Kimura 2-parameter model using MEGA7 (http://www.megasoftware.net). Percentage bootstrap values shown at the nodes were calculated with 1,000 replicates. Bold indicates strains isolated in this study. Scale bar indicates nucleotide substitutions per site.
