Sequence identity plot comparing RIOMV variants from Peru (RIOMV PER 2020 and RIOMV PER 1996) and Brazil (RIOMV BRA 2005). The identity plot was calculated by using SSE (http://www.virus-evolution.org) with partial concatenate sequences for the alignment of RIOMV (Appendix 1 Figure 2), a fragment length of 200 nt, and an increment between fragments of 50 nt.
