Image depicts nodular infiltrates and a cavitory lesion (arrow) in the left lower lobe suggestive of fungal pneumonia. We cultured and identified a mold from bronchoalveolar lavage fluid as Bjerkandera spp. by internal transcribed spacer sequencing.
