Core multilocus sequence typing of Burkholderia pseudomallei isolated in an outbreak of melioidosis among children after a sporting event, Australia. The phylogenetic neighbor-joining tree shows the relationships between environmental and clinical isolates; isolate sources are noted. The tree was constructed by using SeqSphere version 9.0.8 (Ridom, https://www.ridom.de) on the fhaB3 gene and iTOL (https://itol.embl.de) was used to add the annotations.
