Locations for SARS-CoV-2 genomic surveillance from community-distributed rapid antigen tests, Wisconsin, USA. Nine of the South Central Library System libraries and 2 PHMDC sites distributed research packets and SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen tests to patrons. Willing participants could send their positive tests to the AIDS Vaccine Research Laboratory, University of Wisconsin–Madison (Madison, WI, USA), for sequencing.
