Data were obtained by retrospectively reviewing the clinic logbooks at each site. "NZV local" indicates Swazi nationals residing locally who sought care at the Ndzevane clinic. "NZV refugee" indicates refugees resident in the settlement treated at the clinic. "MAL dysentery" indicates all persons seen at the Malindza clinic with bloody diarrhea. "MAL diarrhea" indicates all persons seen at the Malindza clinic with diarrhea that was not specified as bloody.
