B) Cytopathic effects induced by SARS-CoV-2 XBB.1 viral inoculation, focal areas of rounded cells or regions of fused cells forming syncytia or giant cell structures across the different cell lines. Vero E6 T2, Vero E6 cells expressing transmembrane protease serine 2; Vero E6 A2T2, Vero E6 cells expressing both transmembrane protease serine 2 and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2.
